Fantastic service all round and couldn’t recommend more. Our flat was cleared in about 10mins as about 7 guys turned up and all unpacked very quickly at the other end. The team of guys were lovely and worked so quickly!

This was the second time we had used R&D, and at a time when it was hard to find availability, and quotes and assessments were laborious to arrange because of COVID, we were happy to approach them once again. Kevin was friendly and informative during the assessment, and they came up with a good plan to move the contents one household to 2 destinations, one local, one long distance. Jade was unfailingly helpful and patient on the phone as everyone was scrambling to exchange sale contracts and secure a Removal booking in what seemed like the busiest removals period ever. On Removal day the teams were incredibly hard working, good natured, helpful, and engaged in problem solving to make sure that everything got safely packed. All items were placed correctly in the new houses, beds and other items were quickly re-assembled, and they were very careful not to scuff walls etc. They were very quick collecting the empty boxes when we were ready. R&D are one of the less expensive removal services - good value!

The office guys who organised the move and the guys who carried it out for us were all amazing, Very courteous and professional, and the actual packers and movers were great too, - quick, very thorough and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was put exactly where we wanted it at the far end and they didn't leave until they were sure all the beds were built and everything was where it should be.
