From our very first interaction with Thames Removals & Storage, through booking the survey and right up to the final box being unloaded, the service was excellent.

Thank you Kieran, Thankyou Danny, Thankyou Michael These guys were just brilliant. Efficient, professional and so helpful. Extremely skilled.Nothing phased them. I really couldn’t have asked for more. In fact I had used them in the past : moving out of my marital home ( now divorced) and this was a factor in me using them again. They were incredibly sensitive to my situation and extremely kind. Now, if I have to move again, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I was so impressed from start to finish. Great staff in the office to correspond with and the removal team on the day were efficient and relentless in their work ethic. I would recommend them to anyone and when we move again I would use them again. They also for the service we used had no hidden fees which I found with a few other firms when first looking which added to comfort of selecting them.

I highly recommend this removal company. We hired them to pack as well as removal and the team did a superb job, with team leader Ollie keeping everyone on the job going.
