Brilliant company. Moving house is stressful enough but we went for a “pack & move” service and I’m so glad we did, took so much pressure off of us. We got a very competitive price too. The most professional and amazing service I have received I was so worried about my move but couldn’t believe how unstressful and smooth it was from the pre-move video call to answering all my concerns. From Kevin to Kieran to Andy who was my favourite out them all! Highly professional and went beyond the service expected. None of my items were damaged and everything was wrapped so well and labelled clearly. Thank you for making my move so easy an smooth i will always recommend you guys! The office guys who organised the move and the guys who carried it out for us were all amazing, Very courteous and professional, and the actual packers and movers were great too, - quick, very thorough and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was put exactly where we wanted it at the far end and they didn't leave until they were sure all the beds were built and everything was where it should be. They were also nice to have around. Would unhesitatingly recommend Roberts & Denny's. Great job and thank you.

The customer service was also very good, super fast responses over email and the phone which I really appreciated. The cherry on the cake was they came to pick up the boxes as soon as I asked. We used their packing and moving service which I highly recommend, it made the move feel far less daunting. Their team were friendly, efficient and a pleasure to be around. All our items arrived in perfect condition, and it actually made unpacking much easier as all the boxes were clearly labelled and put in the correct rooms from the start. Donna and the office team are also a pleasure to deal with.
